Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented **Virtual Assistant** with hands-on experience in **Talent Acquisition and Recruitment** to join our growing team. This unique role blends recruiting expertise with administrative excellence to help streamline our hiring process and support key HR functions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

#### **Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:**

* Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
* Write, post, and optimize job descriptions across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, company website).
* Source candidates using databases, social media, and job boards.
* Conduct initial phone screens and pre-employment assessments.
* Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate pipeline.
* Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
* Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

#### **Virtual Assistant Duties:**

* Schedule meetings, interviews, and team communications.
* Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and documentation.
* Handle administrative tasks such as email correspondence, calendar management, and internal document preparation.
* Support the onboarding process for new hires (welcome emails, documentation, orientation scheduling).
* Liaise between HR, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.

### **Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
* Experience working as a Virtual Assistant or in a remote administrative role.
* Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable) and HR software.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
* Comfortable working across time zones and handling confidential information.
* Proficient with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and Trello.
