**Progressive Maintenance Lead**
**PURPOSE** :
The Progressive Maintenance Lead takes ownership for the design, build & implementation of processes required for the global Maintenance strategy, that ensure measured performance improvements for asset Overall Equipment Effectiveness at site level are achieved.
The Progressive Maintenance Lead takes ownership of multiple global site deployment projects within a given region, to successfully deliver end to end deployment of PM processes & digital tools across the developed phase roadmap.
The Progressive Maintenance Lead sustains and continuously improves the existing global processes, tools and trainings as required, to ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and that Bayer remains competitive in the market, through Maintenance Excellence and fully optimized asset life cycle management.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The primary responsibilities of this role Progressive Maintenance Lead:
+ Takes ownership of process packages required for the development of new & improved global maintenance processes and their associated deliverables, in the area of PM& Asset lifecycle management. Develops concepts for approval, before building and piloting deliverables prior to initiating global deployments.
+ Applies up-to-date industry leading knowledge and best practices to drive advanced solutions into the business, with a focus on equipment & operator safety, maintenance excellence, asset performance & reliability, optimized operational costs & technical inventory, regulatory compliance, energy conservation, and employee competencies & skills
+ Takes ownership of multiple global site deployment projects within a given region, to successfully deliver end to end deliverables of Progressive Maintenance & Digital tools across the developed phase roadmap. Leads or supports both the global and local project team members required in the deploymentactivities, including development of localized project plans, onboarding of local site leadership and pillar teams, performing gap analysis, training and coachings, and end of phase assessments. Drives asset performance & reliability, optimized operational costs & technical Inventory, Regulatory compliance, energy conservation, and employee competencies & skills.
+ Coordinate external partners and internal enabling functions to ensure tasks are delivered on time, on budget and with the right quality.
+ Accountable for monitoring local and global deployment performance indicators, establishing and managing global reporting dashboards, and tracking key performance indicators. Generates monthly reports for global Engineering and business unit heads.
+ Supports global process owner as required, with the integration of Progressive Maintenance business processes to Bayer's PM digital solutions. Ensures business processes are realized into digital tools and applications through the PM Digital team.
+ Lead or coordinates global maintenance & reliability working communities and mission teams to develop ideas & solutions, transfer knowledge & continuously improve the global processes and tools
+ Supports major capital investment programs and projects, to ensure successfully planned and executed integration of maintenance-related operational readiness / vertical start-up requirements.
**WHO YOU ARE:**
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications
+ University degree in Engineering discipline (BSc or advanced), or Computer Science.
+ Demonstrated knowledge and working experience in the field of applied maintenance & Reliability Engineering within the life science industry, and exposure to Maintenance computerized management systems.
+ Knowledge of HSE / GMP best practices and standards (national and international).
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving aptitude,
+ Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with strong decision-making abilities, capable of managing and delivering complex tasks and priorities.
+ Strong ability to plan and prioritize complex and conflicting tasks and priorities
+ Strong organizational experience and exceptional social and communication skills, able to effectively interact and influence at all Organizational levels.
+ Ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met while driving project success.
+ Good Business acumen and understanding of operational risks and impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Fluent in English (2nd language preferred), with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The salary range for this position will be $108,000 to $162,000.Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
