Client Results Team: Investment Operations Analyst

What You Will Do
Analyze and reconcile investment accounts across U.S. and international markets for equities and fixed income securities.
Use industry-leading tools and systems to apply and enhance investment accounting principles.
Assist with maintaining security master data, pricing updates, and corporate actions (e.g., M&A activity, dividends, stock splits, bond interest payments).
Monitor daily operations, support trade settlement activity, and investigate breaks or exceptions.
Identify opportunities for process automation and help design solutions using scripts, queries, and data tools.
Work with operational data to improve workflows and support the integration of technology into day-to-day processes.
Collaborate with internal teams (trading, accounting, compliance) and external partners (custodians, brokers).

What We Are Looking For
Bachelors degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or related field).
Strong interest in data analysis, process automation, and using technology to streamline operations.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools like Excel VBA, SQL, Python, or data visualization platforms.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for financial markets and investment operations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute, learn, and improve systems.
