Responsibilities

The RGM (Revenue Growth Management) AI Solutions Sr Director will play a critical role in advancing PepsiCo's AI capabilities by leading the development and execution of scalable AI solutions across our manufacturing and warehousing sites. The position emphasizes strategic leadership, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure AI solutions align with PepsiCo's goals and can be scaled across business units, sectors, and regions.

AI Strategy Development (30%):


Formulate and advocate for AI strategies to optimize revenue through pricing, promotions, and trade spend.
Develop AI-driven approaches to identify and leverage growth opportunities, ensuring alignment with PepsiCo's commercial objectives.


Process Reinvention and Implementation (40%):


Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions to enhance RGM processes such as pricing optimization, promotion efficiency, and portfolio management.
Develop AI models to support predictive analytics and scenario planning for revenue growth.


Stakeholder Collaboration (20%):


Work closely with commercial, pricing, procurement, and finance teams to translate business needs into robust AI solutions.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, data scientists, and commercial planners to ensure seamless integration.


Performance Monitoring and Optimization (10%):


Implement metrics to assess the performance and impact of AI solutions on revenue growth.
Continuously refine strategies based on performance feedback, market trends, and evolving business requirements.
Decision-Making Autonomy: Moderate Has substantial autonomy in executing projects and managing AI strategies, aligning with overarching business goals.
Supervision Required: Moderate Operates under general supervision, regularly updating the VP for strategic alignment.
Complexity of Role: High Manages multiple AI initiatives, oversees cross-functional teams, and collaborates extensively with internal and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Interactions: Yes Engages with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Business Units, Vendors, and Consulting firms.


Compensation & Benefits:


The expected compensation range for this position is between $151,200 - $300,000.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 30% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Masters preferred.
10+ years in AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI tools), and applying them to specific business products in a large organization, data science, commercial functions, and RGM (Revenue Growth Management) processes.
Strong capability to reimagine and reinvent end-to-end Revenue Growth Management processes, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to drive efficiency, transparency, and value.
This position is limited to persons with indefinite permit to work in the United States.
If in commutable distance from HQ offices in Chicago, Plano or Purchase, hybrid schedule will be preferred.
