Ultimate Staffing is seeking experienced Videographers and Photographers to support our local St Louis, MO clients project-based content to full-time open positions. This is a general application. Positions can vary in pay, location, and scheduled depending on client requirements.

Location: St Louis Area

Pay: (Avg) $27-45 is based on experience and scope of work

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographers/Photographers with 3-5 years of professional experience to support our clients in St Louis, MO. In this role, you'll be responsible for capturing high-quality video and photo content and taking the lead on post-production-including editing visuals and audio-to create compelling and polished deliverables. You'll work across departments to develop content that supports marketing, branding, events, social media, and storytelling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality video and photography for various platforms (web, social, broadcast, internal comms, etc.).
  • Manage all aspects of post-production , including video editing, color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
  • Capture and edit clean, high-quality audio using external mics and digital audio tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to align visual content with brand messaging and campaign goals.
  • Organize and manage digital media files, backups, and version control.
  • Stay current on trends in content creation, video editing, and photography to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Maintain and manage equipment (cameras, lighting, sound, etc.) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Occasionally travel to on-site locations for shoots as needed.
  • Project Types can vary:
    • Branding, advertisements, commercials, corporate events, professional headshots, CPG, social media, internal and external communications content, etc.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in videography, photography, and post-production editing.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition).
  • Solid understanding of audio editing , mixing, and syncing for voiceovers and live-action footage.
  • Experience with studio and natural lighting setups for video and still photography.
  • Knowledge of video compression formats, export settings, and delivery platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong creative vision and storytelling ability through visuals and sound.
  • Ability to take direction and also work independently on creative assignments.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Experience with animation or motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras (Canon, Sony, Nikon, etc, drone videography a plus.
  • Background in digital marketing, social media, or branded content production.
