🗓️ Start Date: 07/14/2025 | Duration: 13 weeks
🕒 Shift: 4x8 Mid Shifts (2 PM – 10 PM)
📞 On-Call: Mon–Thurs nights (10 PM – 8 AM)
📋 Requirements:
✔️ RN License (TX or Compact)
✔️ BLS
✔️ 2+ years Hospice experience
✔️ Driver’s License
✔️ Strong symptom management & end-of-life care skills
🏠 Work Setting: Home Hospice
💬 Patient Ages: Primarily Adults, some Pediatric
