Chez Fifi, a high style French Bistro on the UES, is seeking an experienced sommelier. Chez Fifi is the newest restaurant opened by the We All Gotta Eat! multi-unit, multi-concept restaurant group that operates Michelin Star recognized Sushi Noz and Noz 17 in NYC.
We are seeking a career minded sommelier with an appetite for knowledge & a high level of awareness to join us in creating a team-based, confident, gracious and professional dining atmosphere for our guests.
The right candidate must:
Prior experience with Japanese culinary traditions is always welcome, but not required. All applicants who fit the above description are welcome to apply.
This position pays $16.50 +/ hr. range + tips.
