**Sr Bus Process Analyst** **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** You will manage and execute the successful application of systems and process improvement as well as ensuring functionality of all Customer Service O2B processes and tools to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives for the supported lines of business. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between the customer service O2B organization and IT, translating business needs and capabilities to technology requirements in support of NA ANZ customer service strategies. Also, you will enable system availability and provide support to ensure business process continuity. Finally, you will influence teams and drives initiatives for process improvement and integration opportunities while ensuring operational excellence, business objectives, and long-term strategic imperatives.   The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Business Process Analyst, are to: + Drive initiatives for continuous process and system improvement efforts while aligning with long term strategies, defining business benefit, cost and ROI with the business groups and IT; + Influence business leads to implement appropriate business process improvements within their teams; + Drive development of solutions, assess risk, and identify opportunities utilizing newly emerging technology to deliver the business; + Be responsible for the development of appropriate documentation to support knowledge management of new processes and systems including identification of standards, training materials and program governance; + Provide leadership through project management supporting Customer Service O2B and related functions; + Lead the enablement of business strategy by managing capabilities integrated across large cross-functional teams and long duration projects; + Contribute to projects across North America Australia New Zealand Product Supply; + Partner with business leads to ensure strategic alignment; + Independently perform research and root cause analyses of overly complex issues, participate in development of potential solutions, and influence recommendations to ensure accurate and timely resolution; + Lead regional planning systems as the business representative to the IT group for system strategy, system LRP, upgrades, issues, and overall health. **WHO YOU ARE** Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree; + Expertise of Bayer's business processes and systems including SAP and related tools; + Broad knowledge and experience in supply chain operations, marketing programs, and business strategies; + Demonstrated ability to influence across multiple functions and instills trust with business partners; + Project management and stakeholder influencing capability; + Focused on self-development, perform highly complex analysis and provide recommendations that impact business results; + Results driven, understands complex business processes and systems relations/dependencies; + Proven ability to develop, monitor and deliver on critical timelines; + Collaborates with business partners and foster diverse relationships. Preferred Qualifications: + 8+ years of experience in business, industry, supply chain management, or IT related work experience.
