Position for an energetic, experienced Scrum Master We are seeking a Scrum Master with a proven history of understanding and building complex systems, and the ability to work effectively with a team. Responsibilities Work closely with cross-functional teams to advance the spiral development of resilient multi-domain tactical protocols and evaluate network performance using virtual scenarios similar to mission conditions. Lead daily standups to address blockers and issues, and prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders. Focus on removing impediments to the team’s efforts and delivering user-centric products. Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and methodologies. Desired Qualifications Proficiency with Atlassian products: Confluence, Bitbucket, JIRA, Artifactory, Jenkins, and CI/CD techniques. Experience managing JIRA tickets through release cycles, familiar with EPICs, features, tasks, and sub-tasks, and prioritizing tasks up to code freeze. Knowledge of code freeze procedures, human-in-the-loop testing, tag management, and version control. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of experience in software development. Resourcefulness, quick learning ability, and adaptability to changing requirements. Familiarity with DoD TRMC, AWS, GovCloud, and related architecture and control tools. Networking expertise: design, architecture, topology, protocols, modeling, and simulation. Knowledge of routers, switches, spanning tree, routing protocols, MANETs is a plus.
