Technical Sourcing Recruiter - Hardware Recruiting
Location : Bellevue, WA (onsite 5 days a week)
Duration: 12 month contract with extension or conversion
Salary: $30-40/hr (experience dependent)
Job Description
Our client, a leading ecommerce company, is looking to add two technical sourcing recruiters to one of their growing organizations in Bellevue Wa. Tech Sourcing Recruiters in this space will work with candidates from initial outreach through to offer stage, partnering with Recruiting Business Partners and stakeholders to fill open roles with best-in-class talent.
Required Skills & Experience
-2-3 years’ experience sourcing candidates for technical roles (specifically hardware) in a high hiring-bar environment
-Ability to successfully manage a requisition load of 7-15 diverse requirements
-Passive sourcing experience; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
-Strong communication and influencing skills
-experience supporting and filling reqs with high volume headcount needs (20+ openings under the same title)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience utilizing Beamery, Hirtual, iCIMS
-Experience sourcing or recruiting for Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Netflix or Astra, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, NASA, Northrup Grumman, Raytheon, SpaceX, Blue Origin.
-Passion to embrace new technology and automation to optimize the recruitment process
