Job Description

Execushield, Inc. is currently recruiting responsible and proactive ARMED officers for MONDAY AND TUESDAYS from 2pm to 10pm at Pier 39. Duties and Responsibilities: Identify situations where security violations have occurred. Take reasonable and prudent action to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and assets. Write concise and accurate incident reports as needed. Comply with customer-specific duties and responsibilities.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Stand and walk continually. Occasionally climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl. Talk and hear continually. Use visual acuity to read technical information. Expose to outside weather conditions frequently. Qualifications: Current BSIS Guard Card. Exposed Firearm Permit and Certificate. Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to work independently and perform foot patrols. Use of company app and smartphones for daily logs. Pass pre-employment background check, drug screening, and firearm assessment. Attend a 4-day paid orientation at Guardian Training Center in San Leandro, CA. Our security team is led by former/current military and law enforcement personnel, setting a higher standard. Applicants should meet minimum requirements and are encouraged to pursue further training for a professional, safe environment. Prior Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is preferred, but candidates interested in Law Enforcement or with Customer Service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
