You'll be at the forefront of shaping our medical team by identifying, engaging, and guiding top-tier physicians through a seamless and positive recruitment experience. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our home-grown organization continues to deliver outstanding care by bringing in professionals who align with our mission and values. What You'll Do: As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of mid-level and physician practitioners-from primary care providers to medical directors-ensuring a smooth, timely, and professional experience for every candidate. Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs, build strategic recruitment plans, and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and requisition status. Screen, interview, and recommend top candidates, coordinating site visits, shadowing opportunities, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for both the candidate and the organization. Champion compliance by staying up to date with employment laws and credentialing requirements, ensuring every hire meets the highest standards. Build strong relationships with medical schools, alumni networks, and professional organizations to maintain a robust talent pipeline. Represent the organization at career fairs and industry events, showcasing our culture and commitment to excellence when called to. Support onboarding and transitions, working closely with credentialing and operations teams to ensure a smooth start for every new provider. Gather insights through exit interviews to help shape future recruitment strategies and improve the overall provider experience.
