Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dependable Part-Time Pest Control Laborer to join our growing team. This role requires some physical work, and the ability to work independently. If you enjoy working outdoors, this might be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive to multiple customer locations (approximately 50% of work time).
• Kneel, stand, and perform some physical labor.
• Remove rodents from traps and rake gopher mounds.
• Document each service visit with photos and notes.
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Properly dispose of deceased rodents according to company policy.

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check (work is performed at homes and schools).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Able to do some physical labor.
• Comfortable around dogs—many of our customers are pet owners.

Schedule:

• Part-time, 20-30 hrs. a week, flexible daylight hours.
• Regular schedule: Wednesday through Sunday.
