We're hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Communications Assistant to support nonprofit outreach, fundraising events, and awareness campaigns that make a difference.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:Assist with planning and execution of local marketing campaigns , fundraising efforts , and community events
Represent nonprofit partners at retail activations , pop-up booths , and public outreach engagements
Engage directly with the community to raise awareness and promote causes
Support event logistics , including setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown
Ensure campaign messaging aligns with nonprofit values and brand standards
Collaborate with internal teams on outreach strategies and event planning
Track results, gather feedback, and support campaign reporting and improvement
Participate in leadership training with advancement opportunities in campaign management
Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and community-minded
Organized and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Local travel required for event and outreach support
No experience necessary – we provide paid training
Background in customer service , events , marketing , or communications is a plus
