Job Title: Machine Adjuster
Job Description

As a Machine Adjuster, you will be responsible for supplying proper tooling and components to folding machines and setting them up according to sample and order jacket specifications. You will troubleshoot operating issues and perform preventative maintenance on all machinery, ensuring optimal performance. Additionally, you will work closely with operators to troubleshoot machinery and assist in product output.

Responsibilities

• Supply proper tooling and components to the folding machines.
• Set up folding machines per sample and order jacket specifications.
• Troubleshoot operating issues with folding machines.
• Set up machinery for operators.
• Replace gears, bearings, sprockets, and conveyor belts.
• Read blueprints and schematics.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery.
• Operate machinery occasionally.
• Collaborate with operators to troubleshoot machinery and ensure product output.

• Mechanical aptitude
• Troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics
• Diagnostic testing abilities
• Experience with gears and bearings
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Automotive repair skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as an auto mechanic
• Experience as a field mechanic
• Experience as a fleet mechanic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Erlanger, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
