Mountain Air Cabins is a growing, locally owned and operated Vacation Rental company in Ruidoso, NM. We are looking for some fun, self motivated poeple to join our housekeeping team.

As a Housekeeper , you play a direct role in providing excellence to our guests and home owners. The right person for the job will be highly self-motivated and have great attention to detail. Positive attitude and family- oriented mindset are a plus!

Requirements:

• Dependable Vehicle with valid Driver's License and current insurance (4x4 a plus!)
• Smart phone and reliable service
• Housekeeping experience (preferred but will train the right person)
• Excellent communication skills
• Trustworthy, honest, RELIABLE
• Be self-driven to get tasks done without being micro-managed
• Live in Ruidoso or within a 25 minute drive

Responsibilities:

• Perform housekeeping functions such as cleaning, dusting, washing / sanitizing, disinfecting, etc. for vacation rentals which include sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, kitchens, dining areas, making beds, etc. –Studio cabins and larger.
• Provide your own cleaning supplies that include but are not limited to: glass cleaner, all purpose cleaner, toilet bowl cleaner, sanitizer, vacuum, mop, broom.
• Check in daily on apps and with leaders to update your schedule.
• Monitor homes for cleanliness, maintenance issues, all interior and exterior of the homes.
• Reporting problems or maintenance issues to supervisors. Keeping in contact with supervisor/ inspector throughout the day
• Additional duties as needed

*Pay is per property cleaned and completed, based on $18 per hour. The faster or more efficient you are, the more you can make per hour

*Monthly meetings with bonuses, spiffs, and rewards; seasonal celebrations

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
