We are currently hiring a Hospital Procedure Scheduler for one of the top healthcare companies in Colorado.

Description

• Responsible for scheduling all procedures.
• Will also confirm all procedure appointments, educating patients if necessary, and communicate with the lab doctors regarding their schedules.
• Work through Excel and Outlook calendar all types of appointments
• Verify demographics and insurances with patients
• Provide courtesy and compassion with all patients, vendors, staff or physicians
• Confirm all procedure appointments

Qualifications

MUST HAVE

• Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 months of experience in hospital procedure scheduling
• Minimum 1 year of Administrative experience specifically doing heavy calendar management through outlook
• Great typing skills and use multiple systems
• Excel - work in it daily, know how to filter/sort/use multiple tabs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
