Position Summary:

The Fulfillment Associate plays a critical role in Spot Zero’s warehouse operations by accurately processing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting overall warehouse organization. This role ensures that products are received, stocked, picked, packed, and shipped with accuracy and care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with company standards.

· Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of outbound shipments.

· Organize and stock inventory in assigned warehouse locations, maintaining clear labeling and proper rotation.

· Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and WMS updates.

· Support the process of returning and restocking of items in coordination with operations and customer service.

· Participate in inventory reconciliation, audits, and reporting of shortages or overages.

· Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify contents against purchase orders and report discrepancies or damages.

· Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification preferred).

· Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized.

· Follow all warehouse safety protocols, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures.

· Support cross-functional teams as needed, including logistics, sales, and customer service.

Qualifications:

· 1–2 years of warehouse, fulfillment and shipping required; receiving experience is a plus.

· Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld scanners is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable with physical activity such as walking, bending, and standing for extended periods.

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Environment:

· This position is based in a warehouse environment where exposure to seasonal temperature fluctuations is expected.

· Candidates must be comfortable working around machinery and be able to comply with all safety regulations.

· Occasional overtime may be necessary during peak periods.

· Full-time, in-office role/ Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
