\n Pay Rate: $18.00

\n\n Job Summary: \n\n

We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operators, Cherry Pickers, and High Reach Truck Operators to join our warehouse team. This role involves the efficient and accurate movement of materials within the warehouse using powered industrial trucks.

\n\n Key Responsibilities: \n\n
    \n\t
  • \n\t

    Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and/or high reach trucks to load, unload, move, and stack product.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Pick orders and stage materials according to customer or production requirements.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Maintain clean and organized work areas to promote safety and efficiency.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Perform routine equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Accurately document inventory movement using RF scanners or WMS.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including packing, shipping, and receiving.

    \n\t\n
\n\n Requirements: \n\n
    \n\t
  • \n\t

    High school diploma or GED preferred.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, or high reach equipment.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification).

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Comfortable working at heights (for cherry picker/high reach roles).

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.

    Fast-paced warehouse setting.

    May be exposed to varying temperatures, dust, and noise.
