Job Description

Summary: This role carries the primary responsibility of ensuring the executive’s administrative duties are handled professionally and accurately. Success is evident when the executive has a significantly greater impact on the business as a whole because of the Executive Assistant.

Key Results Area #1: Offload Administrative duties to allow the executive to focus on the most important objectives.

1. Offloading Communication
   1. Managing correspondents via email and phone
   2. Scheduling appointments
2. Time Management
   1. Assisting with daily time management and corresponding billing of time
   2. Keeping the executives calendar up to date with frequent reminders of when appointments are
   3. Driving the executive to appointments to allow them to work in the car
   4. Taking accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
   5. Running of errands as requested
3. Project Management and coordination with clients and team members
   1. Working with the team to schedule and accomplish executives' priorities
   2. Coordinating team member availability with client availability 
   3. Coordinating hardware arrival dates with Operations Team
   4. Keeping "The Board" up to date
   5. Keeping helpdesk tickets at a minimum
