Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building relationships, eager to learn the intricacies of the staffing industry, and motivated to contribute to the growth of our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage in outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and networking, to identify potential clients in need of staffing solutions.

· Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their staffing needs and present appropriate solutions.

· Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met.

· Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote AAP's services and expand professional connections.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

· Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the sales profession.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

· Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not required.
