Position Overview:
We’re seeking a treating Rehab Director to lead the rehabilitation department/clinic in Le Sueur, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient therapy services. You’ll also be responsible for developing new programs, maintaining compliance, and providing excellent patient care. We’re looking for a dynamic individual with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Education/Experience:
We’re open to candidates with various backgrounds, including licensed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical or Occupational Therapist Assistants. Preferably with 5 years of therapy experience and leadership in multi-discipline settings.
