Soprana Cucina is Asheville’s newest rooftop dining destination—a vibrant, high-energy pizzeria with unforgettable views and even better food. We're looking for a dependable and upbeat Dining Support Specialist to help deliver a top-notch guest experience.

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our dining team, keeping the space polished, organized, and ready for the next wave of guests. You’ll assist with food running, reset tables, and support our servers in creating an effortless, elevated experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:

• Support servers by delivering food and beverages quickly and accurately
• Reset tables and ensure the dining space always looks sharp
• Refill supplies like utensils, napkins, and condiments
• Help with large parties and events
• Keep an eye out for anything guests might need—you’re part of the hospitality
• Jump in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly
• Follow cleanliness and safety standards to keep everyone comfortable

What You’ll Need:

• A friendly, team-first attitude
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A desire to grow in the hospitality industry
