*Premiere Dental of Connecticut *is looking for a *Dental Hygienist* in *Bethel, CT*, to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating team-based environment. We take pride in providing comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.
Our office is conveniently located close to many great restaurants, Danbury Mall and right across from Target shopping center. (Great for lunch breaks!)
*Position Overview:*
We are passionate about preventive oral health care and value our hygiene team. Join our dynamic dental practice as a Dental Hygienist! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in supportive, friendly environment with opportunities for professional growth. We're currently utilizing digital x-rays, 3D cone beams and Biolase Laser (training provided). We are also excited to be adding Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) and Overjet AI in the near future!
** 4 Day Workweek**

* *Competitive Pay range: $46-$50 per hour*
* Sign on Bonus- $5,000
* Competitive hourly rate per hours, depending on experience. Bonus Potential included.
* Schedule: Mon 8-5, Tue 8-7, Wed 8-2, Thu 9-7

*Responsibilities:*
* Perform routine dental cleanings and oral maintenance
* Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
* Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
* Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
*Qualifications:*
* Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
* Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
* Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
