The Supply Chain function is essential to Tropicana Brand Group's success by enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. By improving warehouse operations, optimizing transportation routes, and refining inventory management practices, the team plays a critical role in streamlining processes. Collaborating with other departments to align strategies, the Supply Chain team ensures that Tropicana meets customer demands while maintaining a high standard of performance and cost-effectiveness. Your Next Pour: The Opportunity We are looking to add a Customer Logistics Spa Box to our Supply Chain team. This role will be responsible for the communication and execution of daily logistical duties including ensuring execution of the warehouse dock schedule. Incumbent will work very closely with Chicago Customer service representatives, Transportation Coordinators, Peers, Warehouse, and Local Management. Expectation of achieving maximum service levels for customers, meeting or exceeding fill rate and RAD (required arrival date) targets and continuous process improvements in order management and transportation capabilities. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include:

• Manage communications of all incoming emails from Customer Service for fulfillment issues.
• Reassign orders by changing ship dates and/or source warehouse as needed to prevent cuts.
• Handle carrier emails for overs, shorts, damages (OS&D) and late deliveries.
• Resolve issues in conjunction with Customer service teams and/or customer, which may include initiation of freight arrangements and documentation to Customer Financial Services (CFS)
• Investigate and determine root cause service issues and communicate daily to cross functional teams.
• Resolve customer issues, track, analyze and provide follow-up communication to Customer Service Teams.
• Analyze customer short lead-time orders, identify areas of concern and recommend corrective action.
• Schedule loading appointments both delivered and Customer Pick up in WMS.
• Coordinate the Distribution Centers dock schedule to hit targets.
• Responsible for various SAP transactions in conjunction with daily workflow.

The Perfect Blend: Experience

• 2+ years' experience in Supply Chain
• Experience with SAP and WMS a plus.
• Strong communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and influencing management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. A working knowledge of scheduling loads in a warehouse management system, understanding of transportation fundamentals; ability to communicate and mediate between site, carrier and customer.
• Strong customer focus, commitment to high service levels, be results oriented and have strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• High levels of customer service.

• Outstanding and effective communication; and planning.

Foundational Ingredients: Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be located in Bradenton, FL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
• Willingness to be onsite daily in the Tropicana manufacturing plant in Bradenton
