The Business Process Consultant will assess access control processes for an integrated justice information system, focusing on granting, denying, and revoking access at both agency and individual levels. The consultant will also evaluate the user audit process, document current workflows, compare them against best practices, and provide recommendations for improvement. The goal is to address challenges related to access management, user verification, and communication of system value.

Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings with staff to understand roles, responsibilities, and system use cases.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, including drafting agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up plans.
- Document and present current state processes within 15 working days, including flow diagrams and summaries for agency access, individual access, and user audits.
- Document and present target state processes within 30 working days, including flow diagrams and summaries for agency access, individual access, and user audits.
- Produce a report within 40 days that includes a plan for developing current and target states, along with an implementation timeline.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
