Job Description:
As a Bilingual Warehouse Worker , you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. Your role is critical in ensuring products are properly stored, picked, packed, and shipped on time. You'll work as part of a team to meet and exceed daily operational goals.

SALARY $14/hr - $15/hr

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments according to company guidelines.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
• Label and organize products, ensuring accuracy and proper inventory control.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery as needed.
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stock rotation to prevent product expiration or obsolescence.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all health and safety regulations.
• Ensure products are handled carefully to avoid damage during movement and storage.
• Communicate any issues or discrepancies to warehouse supervisors or managers.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed productivity goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment (training can be provided if needed).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
