A successful candidate must pass a background check. All candidates will be subject to pre-employment screens and confirmation of eligibility to work in the United States. Job Description Candidate will be responsible for individual case load under supervision of senior attorney. Work will include research, motion writing, and court appearances. Travel to outlying courts is required. Manage and oversee Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases, including preparation and filing of necessary legal documents. Represent clients in bankruptcy court proceedings and hearings. Collaborate with support staff to ensure accurate and timely case management. Stay informed about changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations. Required/Preferred Qualifications Actively seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Ohio Bar admission is required. Strong understanding of Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy laws and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
